We have a variety of residential financing programs available for properties that have two to four units, with loan amounts that meet the minimum criteria. The properties must be located in a major metropolitan area and meet a minimum DSCR requirement. It is required that the borrower does not occupy any of the units, and the property must be closed under a business entity, such as an LLC, LLP, or trust. Please note that cash-out refinance funds cannot be used for personal reasons.
Our commercial loan program is designed for borrowers who can provide a reasonable explanation for credit issues and is only available for properties in major markets. Loan amounts are available up to a certain threshold with interest rates starting at a competitive rate. There are no origination fees, and the loan-to-value ratio can be as high as 70 percent. A variety of fixed hybrid term options are available with a 30-year amortization.
